Ross, J.:
The objection that the findings of fact are not sustained by the'evidence is not well taken. From the findings, it appears that the plaintiffs are stockbrokers, and as such, from time to time between the 16th of May, 1873, and the 14th of May, 1875, at the request of the defendant, bought and sold for him various stocks, and paid out for him various sums of money.
