Lead plaintiffs Oklahoma Firefighters Pension and Retirement System and Elk-horn Partners LP (collectively, “plaintiffs”) bring this putative class action against Student Loan Corporation (“Student Loan Corp.”), once a leading originator of student loans, and certain of its former officers, as well as Citigroup, Inc., Citibank, N.A.
