I. INTRODUCTION

This matter arises from actions against Defendant pharmaceutical manufacturers, Sanofi Aventis and Sanofi-Synthelabo, Inc. (“Sanofi Aventis”) and Bristol-Myers Squibb Company and Bristol-Myers Squibb Sanofi Pharmaceuticals Holding Partnership (“BMS”) (collectively “Sanofi”) and Apotex Corporation (“Apotex”) (collectively “Defendants”).
