OPINION
DARDEN, Judge.
STATEMENT OF THE CASE
Cleveland Walker Jr. ("Walker") appeals the post-conviction court's denial of his petition for post-conviction relief.
We reverse and remand with instructions.
ISSUES
1. Whether the post-conviction court erred in finding that Final Instruction Number 183 was properly tendered to the jury.
