Resolution of the legal questions involved in the defendants’ appeal and in the State’s motion to dismiss require a review of what has already been decided in this case.
Defendants, Richard William Accor and Willard Moore, were charged by grand jury indictment with the crime of burglary in the first degree. They were convicted by the jury of burglary in the first degree with a recommendation punishment be imprisonment for life.
