MEMORANDUM OPINION AND DECISION

RICHARD L. SPEER, Bankruptcy Judge.

This cause comes before the Court after an Evidentiary Hearing on the Trustee’s Objection to the Debtor’s Claim of Exemptions in certain “IRA” accounts and the Trustee’s Motion for Turnover of the funds in said accounts. (Doc. No. 15). At the Hearing, the Debtor continued to assert her right to claim as exempt the funds in her “IRA” accounts, asking the Court to deny the relief sought by the Trustee.
