In an action pursuant to RPAPL 901 for the partition of real property, the plaintiffs appeal (1) from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County (Gerard, J.), dated February 18, 1987, which granted the defendant’s motion to dismiss the action, and (2) as limited by their brief, from so much of an order of the same court, dated May 11, 1987, as, upon reargument, adhered to the original determination.
Ordered that the appeal from the order dated February 18, 1987 is dismissed, as that order was superseded by the order dated May 11, 1987, made upon reargument; and it is further,
