The plaintiffs, husband and wife, are tenants of the luxury apartment building at 30 Beekman Place, whose apartment was decontrolled on October 1, 1964, pursuant to Local Law No. 13 of the City of New York for the year 1964. Defendant is the City Rent Administrator. Heretofore, on October 26, 1964, this court denied the plaintiffs ’ motion for an injunction pendente lite to restrain the defendant from enforcing Local Law No. 13 and granted permission to Transnation Realty Corp., the owner of premises 30 Beekman Place, to intervene.
