NICPIOLLS, J.
About the 15th day of June, 1905, the plaintiffs brought suit in the civil district court against defendant, claiming to be entitled to a judgment against her for $2,000, as a commission for services alleged to have been rendered by them as real estate brokers in the matter of the sale of a piece of real estate belonging to defendant. The suit terminated in that court by a judgment rejecting plaintiffs’ demand.
