MEMORANDUM OF DECISION
TERRY MYERS, Bankruptcy Judge.
INTRODUCTION
This matter comes before the Court upon the request of Chapter 7 trustee, Richard E. Crawforth (“Trustee”), to approve a proposed compromise of a dispute with the Debtor, Todd Marples (“Debtor”). See Fed.R.Bankr.P. 9019. The proposal was properly noticed out to all creditors and parties in interest. Fed.R.Bankr.P. 2002(a)(3). No parties objected nor did any appear at the hearing which was held August 1, 2001 to consider the request.
