MEMORANDUM OF DECISION

BACKGROUND AND FACTS

Raymond DeHaan (“Debtor”) filed for chapter 7 relief on October 18, 2001. Al though Debtor is married, his wife did not join in the petition. Debtor claimed several exemptions in the personal property that belonged to him and/or to his marital community. The chapter 7 Trustee, Lois Murphy, objects to the following exemptions claimed:
