MEMORANDUM OF DECISION
TERRY L. MYERS, Chief Judge.
INTRODUCTION
On November 30, 2006, the chapter 7 trustee in this case, Ford Elsaesser (“Trustee”), filed a motion seeking approval of a compromise and settlement. Doc. No. 134 (the “Motion”). Clarence Joseph Rake (“Debtor”) filed an objection to the Motion. See Doc. No. 142. There were no other objections.
The Motion and Debtor’s Objection came on for hearing on January 9, 2007. Upon the submission of post-hearing briefs on January 29, the matter was taken under advisement. Upon consideration of the parties’ arguments and the evidence presented,…
