Reversing.

Appellees, whom we shall call the defendants, were adjudged a homestead, and the appellants, who were, and whom we shall call, the plaintiffs, have appealed.

On March 25, 1925, the defendants mortgaged certain property to Charles Gr. Schlenker to secure a debt of $574.92. On April 30, 1925, defendants mortgaged this and other property to Will Boshears to secure a debt of $1,392. Each mortgage was recorded in a few days after it was given. On September 9, 1926, Schlenker sued defendants to enforce his mortgage. Defendants were duly summoned,…
