Barney" W. Baker and T. D. Dranghn sued Mrs. Kate F. Johnson to recover upon the following contract :
“This agreement made and entered into this the 13th day of April, 1928, by and between'B. W. Baker and T. D. Dranghn, as parties of the first part and Kate F. Johnson, party of the second part, witnesseth:
