Before the Court is a Motion to Dismiss the Third Amended Complaint filed by Defendants Assurance Title, LLC (Assurance), Long & Foster Real Estate, Inc. (Long & Foster), and Mid-States Title Insurance Agency, Inc. (Mid-States). Paper No. 37. Defendant Fountainhead Title Group Corp. (Fountainhead) has also moved to dismiss the third amended complaint.
