The record before us shows that the parties to this action entered into an agreement and reduced that agreement to writing. By the terms of that writing the plaintiffs contracted to build and complete a line of electric railway from the village of Talcottville in the town of Vernon to and into the city of Rockville, according to certain specifi cations attached to and made a part of the writing.
