This matter comes before the Court on plaintiff’s motion for a Temporary Restraining Order and/or Preliminary Injunction, Fed.R.Civ.P. Rule 65.

Plaintiff Perdue Farms, Inc. (“Perdue”) operates chicken processing plants in Lewiston and Robersonville, North Carolina. In April, 1995, both the Laborers’ International Union of North America (“LIUNA”) and the United Food and Commercial Workers Union, Local 204 (“UFCW,” or “the Union”) began soliciting authorization cards from Perdue employees in support of representation elections at each facility.
