Plaintiff, Jack Claxton, appeals a judgment of the Court of Common Pleas of Franklin County holding that plaintiff’s complaint was barred by the ten-year statute of limitations provided in R.C. 2305.14.

Plaintiffs complaint alleged that, on August 21,1972, he and defendants entered into a written contract providing for the continued operation of Guernsey County Memory Gardens by defendants, with an option to purchase.
