Mr. and Mrs. Robert M. Slife, plaintiffs-appellants, own residential property described as sub-lot No. 8 in the Edgewater Estates Subdivision, Lakewood, Ohio. Pursuant to their deed, recorded November 15, 1965, the property remains subject to the . . exceptions, reservations, easements and conditions contained in deed from Kundtz Properties, Inc., to Robert R.
