MEMORANDUM OPINION
WILLIAMS, District Judge.
On July 25, 2003, Richard Shaffer (“Shaffer” or “Plaintiff’) filed this action against ACS Government Services, Inc. (“ACS” or “Defendant”) alleging wrongful discharge in violation of the Jury Systems Improvement Act (“JSIA”). See 28 U.S.C. § 1875(a). Since that time, there has been very few things about which the parties to this lawsuit agree.
