The plaintiff, in the State of New Jersey, is engaged in the business of slaughtering, freezing, packaging and selling kosher poultry, according to allegations in the complaint. It is further alleged that 'during the latter part of 1947, plaintiff changed its policy of disposing of its frozen poultry through caterers, and other institutional buyers, and prepared to sell exclusively to retail kosher butcher stores and frozen food stores.
