This suit is one for damages alleged to have been sustained by Miss Annie Youngblood. Miss Youngblood alleged on April 23, 1928, while she was traveling afoot, going east on East Leuda street, in the city of Fort Worth, and crossing Missouri avenue, and while very near, approximately within two or three feet of, the curb line of said East Leuda street, a truck operated by defendant’s agent struck her and inflicted the injuries of which she complained.
