In this proceeding Yi Long Yang petitions for review of a decision of the Board of Immigration Appeals (“BIA”) affirming the decision of Immigration Judge (“IJ”) Ira Sandron denying Yang’s application for asylum, withholding of removal and relief under the Convention Against Torture.
