Petitioner Reza Abdul Mufied petitions for review of an order of the Board of Immigration Appeals (“BIA”) affirming the decision of Immigration Judge (“IJ”) Joanna Miller Bukszpan to deny his application for withholding of removal under the Immigration and Nationality Act, 8 U.S.C. § 1231(b)(3).
