BRADY, Commissioner.

This appeal, arising out of a claim for compensation filed by the appellant who will hereafter be referred to as “the claimant,” comes to this writer upon recent reassignment. The only issue involved is whether the respondent who will be referred to as “the employer” is entitled to a credit of $5,526.30 which it paid to the employee after his accident and injury. The referee and the Industrial Commission allowed the credit and that decision was affirmed by the circuit court.
