This ease comes before us on an appeal by the plaintiffs, John H. Chester, Dennis R. Rotondo, and John A. Draine, from the entry of summary judgment for the defendants, Ralph R. aRusso, in his capacity as Mayor of the Town of Johnston, and Attilio Verrengia, in his capacity as Finance Director, and the Town of Johnston, in Providence County Superior Court. The plaintiffs challenge the Superior Court’s denial of their motions for summary judgment and the granting of the defendants’ cross-motions for summary judgment.
