ORTEGA, J.

Cross-complainant, City of El Segundo (El Segundo), appeals from the judgment dismissing its cross-complaint against cross-defendants Ray and Dorothy Bright (the Brights) entered following the granting of the Brights’ summary judgment motion. We conclude the trial court properly granted the Brights’ motion and dismissed the cross-complaint. We affirm the judgment.
