APPEAL from portions of a decree of the Superior Court of Santa Barbara County partially distributing the estate of a deceased person. S. E. Crow, Judge. The facts are stated in the opinion of the court.

This is an appeal by the administrator with the will annexed of the estate of William Richard Broome, deceased, from certain portions of a decree of partial distribution of said estate made in the superior court of the county of Santa Barbara on the thirtieth day of January, 1911.

1. He appeals from that portion of the decree which denies his application for an allowance by way of compensation for extraordinary services rendered by him in the administration of the estate.
