WOOLSEY, District Judge.

These motions are all and severally denied for the reasons hereinafter given, on the understanding that this ruling does not deal, in any way, with the question of the *536materiality of the documents or other items of evidence sought by the United States in these motions, but that the question of the materiality thereof is reserved to be later dealt with at such time and in such manner as this court and the parties herein may deem advisable.
