MEMORANDUM OPINION
AMY BERMAN JACKSON, District Judge.
This matter is before the Court on the plaintiffs Motion for Entry of Default Judgment [ECF No. 7] and Defendant’s Motion to Set Aside the Entry of Default and Motion to Dismiss the Complaint for Failure to State a Claim Upon Which Relief Can Be Granted, Failure to Properly Serve Defendant ], & for Lack of Personal Jurisdiction and Motion for Sanctions and Attorneys Fees [ECF No. 9]. For the reasons discussed below, the Court will dismiss this action.
