WILLIAMS, Justice.

The principal question to be decided in this appeal is whether one who changed the beneficiary on a group life insurance policy was clothed with authority to so act on behalf of the insured.

This action was initiated by plaintiffs in error, hereinafter referred to as plaintiffs, guardians of Olive W. Thomas, to recover all the proceeds of a group life insurance policy issued by The Prudential Insurance Company of America, hereinafter referred to as Prudential, on the life of Floyd Thomas.
