Plaintiff, William A. Boyd, filed this pro se action under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (“TCPA”), 47 U.S.C. § 227 et al, and the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (“FDCPA”), 15 U.S.C. § 1692, against the Defendants: General Revenue Corporation (“GRC”), United Student Aid Fund, Inc. (“USA Funds”) and Sallie Mae Inc.1 (“Sallie Mae”).
