will of John Henry Morey, who died October 26, 1944, was filled in by him on a printed form. It stated that he was 74 years of age, that the document was made, published and declared by him to be his last will and testament, and it contained the following provisions in handwriting: “ (First: printed) I declare that I am married and that my wife’s name is Mabel Morey.
