This is an appeal from an Order of the Honorable Tina L. Brozman, United States Bankruptcy Judge, Southern District of New York, entered on January 27, 1992. Upon application of Marc Stuart Goldberg (the “Trustee”), the court below approved the settlement of certain claims by Mackman Realty Corp. (“Mackman”) against the bankruptcy estate of Purofied Down Products Corp., the Trustee, individually and in his capacity as Trustee, and the Trustee’s law firm.
