FLANIGAN, Judge.

Plaintiff Ronda Jensen brought this action for the wrongful death of her husband Karl Jensen, who was killed instantly as a result of a collision between the motorcycle *525he was operating and a truck owned by defendant Jim Pappas. The collision occurred at approximately 8 p.m. on February 24, 1980, on North St. Louis Avenue in Joplin. The other defendants are Tasso Pappas, who was the driver of the truck, and ARA Services, Inc., to whom Tasso Pappas was making a delivery.
