This was an action for damages for personal injuries resulting from food poisoning. Plaintiff recovered judgment for $2,900. Defendant has appealed.

The pertinent facts may be stated as follows: Plaintiff, a girl twenty years of age, was in the employ of defendant as a saleswoman in its retail store at Wichita. Among other departments of business conducted by defendant at its store was a restaurant or lunch counter.
