On September 18, 1985, plaintiff White Mountain Apache Tribe of Arizona (“plaintiff”) moved pursuant to RUSCC 59(a) for reconsideration of the order entered on September 4, 1985, and for argument. Defendant has opposed. Argument is deemed unnecessary.
