MEMORANDUM OF DECISION AND ORDER

The plaintiff, Declan Murphy (“Murphy”), brings this action against the defendant, BeavEx, Inc. (“BeavEx”), alleging disability-based discrimination. Murphy filed the complaint on July 19, 2006, asserting claims for relief under the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990, 42 U.S.C. §§ 12101 et seq. (“ADA”), the Connecticut Fair Employment Practices Act, Conn. GemStat. §§ 46a-60 et seq.
