{¶1} Appellant Lucy McKernan appeals her convictions for prevention of hunting by creating noise in violation of R.C. 1533.031(A) and possession of criminal tools in violation of R.C. 2923.24(A) following her no-contest pleas in the Parma Municipal Court. McKernan contends that there is insufficient evidence to support her convictions and that the trial court erred in denying her motion to dismiss the charges because R.C. 1533.031 is unconstitutional on its face and as applied.
