The amended complaint herein, in a single count, seeks damages against all defendants, jointly and severally, on account of alleged breaches of successive collective bargaining agreements by defendant Westinghouse Air Brake Company (herein WABCO), plaintiff’s former employer, on account of alleged failure of defendant unions (herein Lodge 158 and International, respectively, or the unions) to fairly represent him as his collective bargaining representative, and because Travelers Insurance Companies, Inc.
