{¶ 1} This is an appeal from a Scioto County Common Pleas Court judgment in favor of Porteo, Inc. (“Porteo”), plaintiff below and appellee herein, on its claim against Eye Specialists, Inc. (“Eye Specialists”), defendant below and appellant herein.

{¶ 2} Appellant assigns the following errors for review:
