ORDER

MARCUS, District Judge.

THIS ACTION was brought by Plaintiffs Chantier Naval Voisin and Bernard Voisin Sari Les Sports Nautiques De Cannes seeking to recover under a maritime lien for services rendered and materials supplied to the vessel M/Y DAYBREAK. Intervenor, Florida Yacht Basin, seeks to recover for services provided as the court appointed substitute custodian of the defendant vessel. The Complaint was tried before the Court without a jury, and pursuant to Rule 52(a), Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, we make the following Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law.
