Pending are the motions for summary judgment filed by Third-Party Defendants AIU Insurance Company (“AIU”) and CIG-NA Insurance Company (“CIGNA”) and several American Express affiliated companies (“AMEX”); a cross-motion for summary-judgment has been filed by Third-Party Plaintiff Naomi Higashi.
