ROGERS, Justice.

Mrs. Wilhelmina Schwartz, widow of John McCloskey, died at her domicile in the City of New Orleans on April 15, 1931, leaving a will executed in olographic form, disposing of her large estate, which consisted of cash, bonds, stocks, mortgage notes, household furnishings, jewelry and real estate, and creating a trust in favor of her minor grandchildren. Her succession was opened in the Civil District Court for the Parish of Orleans, and the- will was proved and registered according to law.
