This case is about good citizenship and effective policing. The defendant, Curtis Tuck, appeals from the judgment of conviction for possession of narcotics with intent to sell in violation of General Statutes § 2 la-277 (a) and possession of narcotics with intent to sell within 1500 feet of a school in violation of General Statutes § 21a-278a (b).
