Appeals (1) from a judgment of the County Court of *675Sullivan County (LaBuda, J.), rendered March 11, 2002, which revoked defendant’s probation and imposed a sentence of imprisonment, and (2) from a judgment of said court, rendered August 1, 2002, upon a verdict convicting defendant of the crimes of murder in the second degree, robbery in the first degree (three counts), criminal use of a firearm in the first degree, criminal possession of a weapon in the second degree and conspiracy in the fourth degree.
