Appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court (Connolly, J.), rendered May 3, 2007 in Albany County, upon a verdict convicting defendant of the crimes of criminal mischief in the third degree and criminal impersonation in the second degree.

Defendant damaged the victim’s vehicle by scratching it while it was parked in a department store parking lot.
