MEMORANDUM OPINION
BRADEN, Judge.
On July 22, 2005, a Special Master of the United States Court of Federal Claims (“the Special Master”) issued an unpublished decision finding that Petitioners did not file a *328claim for relief under the National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act, 42 U.S.C. §§ 300aa-1 to -34 (2000 & Supp. II 2003), (‘Vaccine Act”) within the three-year statute of limitations and, therefore, the United States Court of Federal Claims did not have jurisdiction to reach the merits of this case.
