The plaintiffs claim that Arthur Krasnopolsky’s medically supervised ingestion of the drug Meclomen, an anti-inflammatory medication manufactured by the defendant Warner-Lambert Company, over a three-year period, caused him to suffer a kidney ailment known as “nephrotic syndrome”.
