¶ 1 In June 2002, CoxCom, Inc. [Cox], an Oklahoma cable TV operator, and Oklahoma Secondary Schools Athletic Association [OS-SAA] entered into a contract regarding the telecast rights for OSSAA state championship events, [the 2002 Cox Contract]. OS-SAA supervises and regulates secondary school activities, including athletic contests throughout Oklahoma.
